The company was established in 1992 and restructured into a limited liability company from Urat Front Banner Linhai Chemical Plant in 1997. In 2007, it was transformed into a joint stock limited company to meet its development needs. As a chlor-alkali chemical enterprise primarily using salt and calcium carbide as raw materials, the company operates PVC, chlor-alkali, and Xinghai Packaging branches. Its main products include PVC and flake caustic soda, with by-products such as industrial hydrochloric acid, liquid chlorine, sodium hypochlorite, and liquid caustic soda (30%, 42%, 45%). The current annual production capacity stands at 240,000 tons (120,000 tons of PVC and 120,000 tons of caustic soda), with an annual output value reaching RMB 1 billion. The Xinghai Packaging branch produces 30,000 packaging bags daily. All products meet or exceed national quality standards and are ISO9002 certified. The company maintains strong production and sales performance.
